1. In short
1.1 You can cancel at any time.
1.2 If you are not satisfied, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
1.3 After the first 30 days, a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period that has already started.
1.4 If a payment fails, updates to your Blog pause. The Blog stays readable and your data is kept for 60 days.
2. Plans and prices
2.1 All prices are in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and include VAT.
| Plan | Blogs | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 1 | ₪89 | ₪890 |
| Advanced | 3 | ₪199 | ₪1,990 |
| Premium | 10 | ₪499 | ₪4,990 |
| Enterprise | by quotation | from ₪1,490 | annual invoice |
2.2 An annual Plan costs the same as ten monthly payments. Two months are included at no charge.
2.3 Enterprise Plans are priced by quotation, from ₪1,490 per month, and are invoiced annually. Their payment schedule and any refund terms are set out in the quotation or order form, which prevails over this policy if it conflicts.
2.4 Billing is handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Polar processes the payment and issues the receipt or tax invoice. Its own terms also apply to the transaction.
3. The 30-day money-back guarantee
3.1 If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for a Plan. You do not need to give a reason.
3.2 The guarantee applies to monthly and annual Plans alike. For an annual Plan, the refund is the full amount paid for the year.
3.3 The guarantee applies once per Customer. If you take a refund under it and later subscribe again, the new subscription is not covered by a further guarantee.
3.4 The guarantee covers the subscription fee. It does not cover third-party costs you have incurred, such as domain registration bought elsewhere, or charges from your own bank or card issuer.
4. How to request a refund
4.1 Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, or use the contact option in your account, and tell us you are requesting a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
4.2 Include the account email, the Blog address, and the date or receipt number of the payment if you have it. This helps us find the payment quickly, but we can locate it from the account alone.
4.3 We will confirm receipt, check the payment, and approve or explain any problem within a few business days. We may ask a short question to confirm the account, but we will not ask you to justify the refund.
4.4 Once approved, the refund is issued through Polar.sh to the original payment method. It usually arrives within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot speed up a bank's processing time.
5. What happens to your Blog after a refund
5.1 When a refund is approved, the subscription ends. Updates stop and the Blog is unpublished.
5.2 Your data is kept for 60 days from the end of the subscription, during which you can request an export. After that it is deleted from our production systems, subject to backups and to records we must keep by law.
5.3 If you want the Blog's content preserved, request an export before the 60 days end. We will provide the content in a commonly used format.
5.4 Deleting the Blog yourself works the same way: it is removed from public view, and account data follows the 60-day rule unless you ask us to delete sooner.
6. Cancelling after the first 30 days
6.1 You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected].
6.2 Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for: the Blog stays live until the end of that period.
6.3 We do not refund part of a period that has already started. This applies to monthly and annual Plans. If you cancel an annual Plan after the 30-day guarantee has passed, the Blog remains available until the end of the year you paid for.
6.4 If we materially reduce the Service during a period you have paid for, we will offer a fair refund for the unused part, or another remedy that is at least as favourable.
7. Failed payments and non-payment
7.1 If a payment fails, we will notify you and pause updates to your Blog. We do not delete the Blog at that point.
7.2 The Blog stays readable while updates are paused. Your data is kept for 60 days after cancellation. If payment is completed within that period, updates resume.
7.3 We may retry a failed payment through Polar.sh during the grace period. You can update your payment method in the billing area at any time.
7.4 If payment is not completed within the retention period, the subscription is treated as cancelled and the data is deleted under section 5.2.
8. Enterprise Plans
8.1 Enterprise Plans are governed by their quotation or order form, including payment schedule, notice period and any refund or termination fee.
8.2 Where the quotation is silent, this policy applies to the extent it is consistent with the quotation.
8.3 Enterprise invoices are issued annually. Requests to change an Enterprise Plan should be sent to [email protected] and will be handled under the quotation.
9. Chargebacks
9.1 If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse it. We can almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback process.
9.2 If a chargeback is opened while a refund request is pending, we will pause the refund process until the chargeback is resolved, so that you are not paid twice.
9.3 If a chargeback is decided against us, we may suspend the account and recover the disputed amount and any chargeback fee, where the law allows it.
10. Abuse of this policy
10.1 We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse: repeated refund requests across accounts, use of the Service to publish unlawful content, or a refund request made after the content has been deliberately exported and the Service discarded.
10.2 We will not decline a refund for a reason that the law does not allow us to rely on, and we will explain any refusal in writing.
10.3 If we suspend a Blog for illegal content or abuse under the Terms of Service, a refund is decided case by case. Suspension for a serious breach does not automatically remove your right to a refund for an unused period where the law grants one.
11. Your statutory rights
11.1 The Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 gives consumers in Israel cancellation rights for transactions made at a distance, including a 14-day cancellation right in the cases the law covers. Those rights apply in addition to this policy.
11.2 Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law prevails. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a right you cannot waive.
11.3 To exercise a statutory right, write to [email protected] and say which right you are relying on. We will tell you what we need in order to process the request.
12. Changes to this policy
12.1 We may update this policy. The current version, with its version number and date, is always published with the Service.
12.2 A change applies to payments made after it takes effect. It does not reduce a refund right that already arose before the change.
